1. AI-Generated Content

Guava Tri provides AI-powered triathlon coaching using Claude, developed by Anthropic. The training plans, race predictions, workout suggestions, and coaching responses generated by the AI are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, health, or professional athletic advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new training program, especially if you have health conditions or injuries. You use AI-generated training recommendations at your own risk.

2. Data Processing by Third-Party AI

To provide personalized coaching, your messages and training data are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service for processing. By using the coaching features, you consent to this data processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data is shared and how it is protected.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to: attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineering the AI coaching system, or using the app for purposes other than personal triathlon training.

5. Limitation of Liability

Guava Tri is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of AI-generated training plans or coaching advice.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
